Eco Shetland Worsted is a warm and cozy woolen spun yarn, made from 100% Organic Shetland Wool, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. Perfect for heavily textured stitches like cables, or colour work.
**Because this yarn is woolen spun, more air is trapped alongside the fibres, giving it a larger number of meters per skein. Though it may seems finer, it works-up as a typical worsted yarn. Woolen spun yarns are loftier, more elastic and lighter in weight.
