INTRODUCTION TO MAGIC LOOP KNITTING, SATURDAY JULY 6th

Learn magic loop knitting and never worry again about having exactly the right length of circular needle for your project, or switching from a circular needle to double points for small circumferences. Another bonus with magic loop is that you will never drop and/or lose another double point needle. Perfect for travel or car knitting, magic loop will make knitting in the round easier than ever.
Magic loop is useful for hats, sleeves, socks, mittens; anything knitted in the round where at one time, four or five double point needles would have been used.
In this workshop you will learn two different cast ons for magic loop, practice knitting and purling in the round, and casting off.
Skills Required
- Intermediate. You must be able to cast on, knit, purl, cast off and weave in ends.
Materials
- Yarn and a loan of 4 mm circular needle 32 inches/80 cm is provided You will need to bring scissors, yarn needle, and a pen or pencil.
