In this workshop we will knit a beaded Christmas tree-shaped ornament using techniques for pre-strung beads and placed beads. This is a good first project if you have never worked with beads before. Pattern, yarn, and beads will be provided.
Skills required: Knitters interested in this class must be comfortable with the basics. They need to be able to cast on & bind off, knit, and work k2tog decreases.
Student Brings: 2.75mm needles. You can use straight or circular needles. This is small enough that you could even use a pair of DPNs. Also a darning needle, scissors, and a pen/pencil for taking notes.
